This document works in the pharmacy like a regular prescription for the pick up of your medication. If you hold the Czech ID „Občanský průkaz“ with the bar code on the rear side you don´t have to use any e-recept identificator (as the pdf in mail or sms) and you can simply show your Czech ID in the pharmacy for your medication pick up.
