It is possible to book appointments at the ProfiGyn practice of Kamila Nouzová, MD in person, by phone or via email. Wherever possible, we will gladly adjust the date and time of your appointment to your schedule.

Patients who wish to pick up a repeat prescription for contraception or any other long-term medication, please agree on it in advance by phone with a nurse; then the prescriptions will be prepared and you will not have to wait for them.

The last patient´s appointment is arranged 30 minutes before the end of the working hours. We accept patients with an urgent health problem during surgery hours after a previous agreement by phone. Hereby we apologize to the clients with properly booked appointments for the possibility of not complying with the time of their appointments in these extraordinary cases. Exceptionally we can prioritize a pregnant patient or a patient with a little child. We appreciate your patience very much and we thank you for your kind understanding.

Because at this point in time the records are being converted into electronic form, you will be asked at your next visit to complete a questionnaire on your present state of health. Please, state only correct data in your own interest. Do not forget about used medications, any allergies, undergone operations, etc. We can also send you the questionnaire via email. The informed consent to the providing of the healthcare in the ProfiGyn surgery (download here) is another new document where your signature is necessary. Patients who are minors will need to complete the consent form with the signature of one of their parents too (download here).
